We use inquiry information to respond, assess whether Coconut Crab is a suitable partner, prepare requested quotes or campaign conversations, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. The basis is your consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business inquiries and protecting the site.

4. Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security checks, inbound email routing, and privacy-focused website analytics. Resend provides transactional delivery of website inquiries. Google provides Gmail for receiving and managing inquiries. These providers process information under their own safeguards and may process it in countries other than your own.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as it is useful for the conversation, required for an active or potential engagement, or needed for legal and business records. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted or anonymized within 24 months unless a longer period is legally required.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may store limited technical data needed to distinguish people from abusive automated traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to measure website performance without cookies or cross-site tracking.
